How to Refer

To refer a child or young person simply complete the Bromley Wellbeing Referral Form and email or return by post.

Email: BROCCG.bromleyy@nhs.net

Post: 17 Ethelbert Road, Bromley BR1 1JA

Alternatively, you can call us to make a telephone referral during our working hours on 020 3770 8848

We accept direct referrals from a parent/carer or from a young person. Schools, GPs, Healthcare professionals or Social Workers can also make a referral on a child’s behalf.

What Happens Next?

This will be processed by the referrals team and you will receive a confirmation email from our Referrals Team within 48 hours.  If you do not get a confirmation email within 48 hours, please call to ensure this has arrived safely. Your referral will be processed and if all required information has been provided, a triage assessment will be conducted by a team of practitioners.

A referral will then be allocated to our wait list or an initial assessment, the wait will depend on the need of the young person but can up to eight weeks.

We are a Single Point of Access (SPA) in Bromley and so from time to time your referral might be more suitable for a different service.  If this is decided, we will be back in contact to discuss this with you and either make an onward referral for you or support you in making the referral.

If the referral is not accepted or appropriate for Bromley Wellbeing Service, a member of staff will be in touch with the family or professional to discuss or signpost.

Please ensure that all contact details provided on the Referral Form are up to date. These details will be used to verify identity and for the service to communicate with clients about the outcome of the referral, interventions and further care.
