Bromley Community Wellbeing Service is open and operating remotely.
Please be aware that Bromley Wellbeing Service has made some changes to the way in which we are working with young people and families in response to the outbreak. Please be assured that your wellbeing is very important to us and we are adapting to work with you to ensure that you still get the support you require.
Need to make a referral?
Our Referral Hub are taking referrals which are processed and discussed with practitioners daily. Please download a referral form and email the completed form to BROMH.email@example.com
As a single point of access, if another service is more appropriate at this time, the referral team will be back in contact to discuss.
Need to to speak to someone?
If you have a query, would like an update on a referral or have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team will get back to you. If you know your practitioners email address, please contact them directly as this is best way to reach them at this time.

How will support work at this time?
Bromley Wellbeing Service are offering an initial assessment and further sessions via telephone and other online platforms, supporting parents, children and young people as well as other professionals and organisations.
The School Wellbeing Service is operating remotely from home and we are encouraging all our schools to keep in touch with us, make referrals and seek advice about parents and pupils of concern.
